Make sure to check out Al on a brand new episode of The Ultimate Fighter LIVE tonight. The show will be an hour long and air on FX at 10pm. The beginning of the show will catch you up on what Al and the other fighters have been up to for the past week. Well also find out which fighters Urijah Faber and Dominick Cruz selected to their respected teams.
It will be exciting to see how all 16 fighters deal with living in the same house as well as training with each other every day, and how those relationships are effected the longer they have to live together. Many of you reading this know Al very well, so it will be interesting to see how he acts on national TV. He was recently interviewed and made it a point to say “Thirteen weeks is a long time for people to get to know me, I’m just going to be myself. I think if you get to know me you’ll like me but I’m not going to go out there and say something silly just to say something.” He went on to make it a point that if he’s going to say something it’s going to be meaningful.
The other 15 guys will enjoy living with Al learning what a great person, teammate, and training partner he is. Tonight and for the next 12 weeks he’ll get a chance to show the rest of the world that. Yesterday Dana White wrote on his twitter that “This 1st episode of TUF Live this Friday just might be one of the best/emotional eps in TUF history!” Make sure you tune in it’s going to be a great one.
