Just about a month removed from the TUF Finale I’ve had a lot of people asking what’s next for Al? What’s the plan? What’s he been up to? When might his next fight be? The experience on this season of UFC’s TUF Live was a great one, but also a tough and grueling one. Three months of intense training, seclusion from the world, and three fights in three weeks is a very difficult task to ask of any fighter. With that in mind to answer the biggest question people have had in regards to what Al’s been up to, he’s been letting his body heal, and enjoying the summer and being back in the real world.
Outside of that Al has been back in the gym training different clients, whether it’s for competition purposes or just getting in shape for the summer. If you’re interested in training with Al check out some more information HERE. On top of that Al just recently put on a seminar at Brooklyn MMA. Keep your eyes open for more seminars throughout the summer. The Seminars are an informative hour and a half to two hours and are a great way to get into the gym and train with and learn from the TUF Live Finalist.
The biggest question that both Al and I have been getting is when will his next fight be. The truth is it’s difficult to say for sure. UFC has cards all ready set up between now through September. Expect to see Al back in the octagon somewhere around late September or October.
To answer all these questions and many more Iaquinta Nation and Ring Fever will be teaming up to do a sit down interview with Al. Again if you have any questions you’d like Al to answer send them my way. Check back here throughout the week for updates, videos, seminar information, and much more.
