As most of you all ready know UFC will make history on Feburary 23rd with it’s first women’s fight. UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will take on Liz Carmouche in the historic match up. Those of you who don’t know too much about the two this first part of three UFC Primetime videos is a great look into the training, as well as the lives of both fighters.
