When Al was on The Ultimate Fighter last year he was a part of a big first in UFC history. For the first time ever the show was LIVE every Friday night. Coming up this Spring there will be another first in UFC and TUF history when women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will coach the upcoming season of TUF.
